We want you to be confident in your RivalProbe subscription. Our refund policy is straightforward, fair, and designed to give you every opportunity to evaluate the Service before committing.
This Refund Policy applies to all RivalProbe subscription plans and governs your rights to a refund or cancellation. If you have a question not covered here, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help.
Every new RivalProbe account on both the Starter ($14.99/month) and Pro ($28.99/month) plans begins with a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features included in your chosen plan at no cost.
You will not be charged anything during the free trial. No payment information is required to start your trial, and there are no hidden fees or obligations during this period.
You may cancel your trial at any time before it ends through your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. If you cancel during the trial, your access ends at the close of the trial period and you will not be billed.
Important: If you do not cancel before the 7-day trial period concludes, your subscription will activate automatically and your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly fee on the day the trial ends. This is your first paid charge and is covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee described below.
We stand behind the quality of our Service. If you are not satisfied with RivalProbe for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription charge (the day your trial converts to a paid plan).
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:
We process approved refunds promptly and without unnecessary questioning. You do not need to justify your reason for requesting a refund within this window.
RivalProbe subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. Your renewal date is the same calendar date each month as your original subscription start date (the day your trial ended).
After the initial 7-day money-back window has passed, renewal charges are non-refundable. If you wish to avoid a renewal charge, you must cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
We send a billing reminder email before each renewal charge so you have advance notice of upcoming payments. It is your responsibility to keep your account email address up to date so you receive these notifications.
You may cancel your RivalProbe subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund unless you are within the 7-day money-back window described in Section 2.
You can cancel your subscription through either of the following methods:
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm it by email within 1 business day. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
After cancelling, your account remains active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to receive price reports and have full access to the dashboard during this time. Once the period ends, your account will be downgraded and monitoring will stop.
If you upgrade from the Starter plan to the Pro plan during an active billing cycle, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your current period. This upgrade charge is applied immediately and allows you to begin using Pro features right away.
If you downgrade from Pro to Starter, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will retain Pro features until the end of the current paid period. No partial refund is issued for the difference in plan cost.
To request a refund within the eligible window, please follow these steps:
Once a refund is approved, we initiate the return to your original payment method promptly. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval confirmation, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us and we will investigate further.
We will not issue refunds in the following circumstances:
If your request falls outside these guidelines but you believe there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will review your case individually. We handle each situation with fairness and common sense.
If RivalProbe experiences a significant, verifiable service outage or disruption that materially prevents you from using the Service for an extended period, we may, at our discretion, offer a service credit or partial refund proportional to the period of disruption. Such credits or refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

We encourage all customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. In most cases, we can resolve issues faster and more simply through direct communication.
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback for a charge that is valid under this Refund Policy may result in the suspension of your account and may affect your ability to use RivalProbe in the future. If you believe a charge was made in error, please email us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For changes that materially affect your refund rights, we will notify registered users by email with reasonable advance notice.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
